Nottingham’s voluntary sector worth 227 million!
A recent study for Nottingham’s Community and Voluntary Service has revealed that people giving up their own time by volunteering is worth a staggering £227 million. That’s the equivolent of 19 Nottingham Forest Football clubs, and it is estimated that the work done by volunteers is the same as that of 649 full time employees.
